Virtual Personal Training

  • Live workouts with your coach via video chat in the environment of your choice

  • Workouts can be done at home, at your current gym, or while travelling

  • Curated equipment bundle that can be set up anywhere

  • Sessions last between 45-60 minutes depending on what is needed that day

  • The primary focus of these sessions is perfecting your movements + routine to ensure that you’re executing optimally when you’re on your own

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Ideally a mix of both, but it’s up to you - We have a simple but effective home-equipment bundle that allows you to complete your routine anywhere. We also encourage development of confidence with standard gym equipment to ensure your long term competence, consistency, and success.

  • We have never had an issue with this. It is up to your comfort level, but most people aren’t paying attention to what others are doing. It is also very common these days to have a phone stand in the gym for content, form videos, etc. We are always respectful to other gym members and aim to acknowledge people’s privacy and comfort.

  • One of the most valuable parts of our process is our assessment.

    We develop a timeline for your results based on your goals and needs. The low end is typically 4 months, the high end is over 18 months. The greatest result we can provide our clients is increased autonomy over their self-care and routine, so all of our programs are designed to educate and build you into more autonomy.

  • We specialize in helping beginners and intermediates restore and redefine their lifestyles. We focus on movement, mindset, and methods that help you achieve a holistic understanding and execution of your well-being. Do not make the mistake of thinking that you need to be in “better shape” before starting with a coach.

  • During our assessment, we conduct a joint-by-joint assessment to identify the sources that limit range of motion. If you have an orthopedic diagnosis such as a tear, break, nerve damage etc we will rely on recommendations from your specialist and stay within our scope of practice. If we do not believe that we can solve your problem within our scope of practice we will help you find a specialist who can.

  • We teach clients the practice and awareness of flexible dieting. This means that we teach you how to hit your nutrition targets and your goals without asking you to be overly restrictive and cut out entire food groups. Through energy balance, macronutrient structure, and your transparency about your schedule/lifestyle, we design an action plan that lets you have it all.
